Started in Seattle, Soup Swap is sweeping the nation. This year: extra good for your food bank.
Open to anyone in the Central District for a way to meet neighbors, I admire the many folks who showed up to our house not knowing anyone else in the room.
Second National Soup Swap was a giant success, though it certainly took me long enough to get up some pictures of the Seattle Soup we hosted in Judkins Park.
Soup Swap, Internet pals made real, a nursery visit and a short drive out the Columbia Gorge. A perfect weekend, indeed.
The Second National Soup Swap! In 2006, we went bi-coastal, and last year, through the power of blogs and Internet pals, National Soup Swap Day started a craze that lasted through spring across the country.
Keep up-to-date on all the exciting developments as we near National Soup Swap Day…We’ve now got seven cities and nine swaps (the lucky folks in Boston and Portland each have two swaps!), so it’s worth taking a peek and seeing if there’s a swap near you.
On January 23rd, we’ll be holding the first ever National Soup Swap Day! With a mix of real world and Internet pals, the evening is sure to be a great time!
