We had ten days in Paris. I am not going to lie, near the end, once I understood how the city worked, I started to get a bit frantic to cram as much as I could in. By that, I mean food, wine, & walks.
I think the districts we were in were too upscale to have much street art. What we did see, however, was often very sly.
So that’s how we ended up in Paris. Everything else on this trip— Amsterdam, Luxembourg, England— were all add-ons to getting Victor in his happy place for his birthday.

Dim Sum in Paris is not the same as being with your pals on Christmas Day, but was a great second-best option.
With hardly a ticket left to the ballet, we visit the Opera House for wind concert of which I only remember the unruly crowd and not a thing about the music.
It’s been ten years since Victor was in Paris, his favorite city. As his only paparazzi (yet), I felt induced to document his triumphant return!
