Port 101: The Duwamish River

We couldn’t have asked for a more lovely day to be out on boat heading across Elliot Bay and into the Duwamish Waterway. Seattle’s own Super Fund site, the lower Duwamish River has been channeled, manipulated, and by World War Two, lined with heavy industry like Boeing’s aircraft plants.
