A Word Press Conversion: Soup Swap!

For the last several years, I’ve been chaffing on Blogger! There’s so many features I see around that I think would be cool and maybe even helpful that just don’t exist on this platform. And while I’ve not code-a-phobic, I’m a bit of a dunderhead. So I just keep blogging along…

UNTIL FREAKIN’ TODAY!

In the last 24 hours (and it was a coffee fueled all night affair), I finally ditched a Blogger blog, it just wasn’t BikeNerd! Ha!

I am thrilled to turn the switch on for a new & improved Soup Swap site, powered by WordPress. I’m still working out the geo-tagging, and easy php form posting so I don’t have to post all the new soup swaps as the craze hits the country, but overall, I am THRILLED WITH THE RESULT and the knowledge that I’ve just scratched the surface of what that platform is capable of.

A man’s got a day job, so who knows when BikeNerd will finally make the switch…but, Boy Howdy, I am loving me some www.soupswap.com.
