I underestimated how much work it would take to hang my art show in Boston. I underestimated nearly everything about it.
In the end, the amount of planning and work paid off. With the assistance of the Brookline Art Center’s staff and volunteers, the hanging and opening went smoothly. The photographs looked great in the space, the show is getting a bit of press and coverage, and folks are coming specifically to look at it.
One benefit of the show in Boston was that it created an easy reason to see many of our pals that we’ve not seen since December. Success!
If you’re in Boston, you’ll have until July 27th to check it out in person, or you can read about it here.

Here here! It looks beautiful, Sir!
I was impressed. I was able to get a couple other people to go later, too.
So do you have to come back to take it down in July?
At this time, I am not sure if I am coming back to take it down. It likely depends on if I can find some other place in Boston to move it to.
